HVAC Service Technician:

What You'll Do

Know the importance of a well-functioning heating and air conditioning system.
Make sure that your customers are happy and comfortable in their homes and that their HVAC systems are running smoothly.
Must then explain the problem and the solution to the customer to understand.
Provide excellent customer service.
Listen to the customer's problem and ask questions to determine the cause of the issue.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude. You must understand how complex systems work and can troubleshoot problems when they occur.
Clean background check, drug, and tobacco-free
Background in the HVAC industry.

Physical Requirements

Physically fit as this job requires lifting heavy equipment and climbing on ladders.
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures.
Strong endurance.
